We are delighted to announce that MEL has been awarded a five-year contract to manage the mechanical services contract at Eton College. This marks a significant milestone in developing our facilities management team at MEL and extends the electrical services that MEL has been providing at Eton for the last eight years.
Because of the complexity of Eton College’s estate, the history of its many listed buildings, and the need to work around a busy school timetable, MEL has partnered with Accurate Mechanical Services Ltd (AMS), complements MEL’s customer service ethos and project management skills with their technical expertise in gas and HVAC.

Andy Collins, Director at MEL, said he was impressed with the management and engineers at AMS, having worked alongside them for several years at Legoland, Windsor. Developing a more formal collaboration was a natural next step as both MEL and AMS continue to build their services.
Dan Cain, AMS's Business Development Director, says "the partnership with MEL is an exciting project. The combined resources of both teams will help Eton reduce overall energy costs and work towards its long-term environmental goals."
Phil Collins, MEL’s site manager at Eton College, will be extending his role to include mechanical services as part of his more expansive facilities management responsibilities.
MEL specializes in working with blue-chip clients in the City of London and complex estates like schools, universities, and hospitals.
