Andy remembers his first job as an apprentice electrician back in 2002, realising that he wasn't being valued. Even though he worked for a small business:
"I was just a number. I asked myself, how can they only have 30 people, and I'm nothing more than a number to them? So, I hunted around and found this other company, and it just so happened that Simon became my mentor. He was friendly, approachable, supportive and patient."

I think that attitude shines through - that whole ethos is self-perpetuating. People go and represent our company to clients without even thinking about it. Instead of everything being so transactional, we work for the long term where our clients have to be successful long-term as well.
